Please note – from 31st March 2024 we will no longer be accepting requests for medication over the telephone, as there are safer and more accurate ways to manage ordering medication.
You can access, and order, your repeat medications via the NHS App, or via systm online – which is linked to our clinical system. Alternatively you can post paper prescription requests through the letterbox on the left hand side of the front of the building, or come to front desk to speak to a Receptionist if you need support with making your request
Please come to Reception with some photo ID – and we can support you with signing up for online services
